In honor of our 25th anniversary, we’re rolling out the red carpet for an unforgettable trio of raffle draws, promising thrills and prizes galore. Picture yourself as the proud recipient of a gift basket. But that’s just the beginning – one lucky tenant will seize the opportunity to enjoy a generous one time 25% off their rent for the month of January 2024! And the excitement doesn’t stop there – we’re spreading the joy further with 25 winners walking away with a $25 credit towards their January 2024 rent. Only 1 entry per tenant regardless of the number of units:Every tenant, no matter how many units you rent, is eligible for one entry into the raffle. Your equal chance awaits!
Business Account: The business account will be treated as a separate entry from a personal account.
How to Enter: You can reply with “ULOK25” through email or obtain a physical raffle ticket at our office.
Raffle Draw Date: The raffle draw will be held on December 15th, 2023.
Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on December 18th, 2023 and will be contacted through email.
One Entry for All Three Raffles: Please note that only one entry is used for all three raffles. If you win in one of the three raffles, you will not be entered into the other two raffles.
Winning: You can only win in one of the three raffles. Once you win on one raffle, you will no longer be entered into the other two raffles. If a tenant with multiple units wins the one time 25% off the rent, the credit will be applied to the smallest unit of that tenant.

Client Appreciation Day – Let’s Celebrate Together!
We are thrilled to invite you to our Client Appreciation Day on November 21st, 2023, Tuesday from 11am onwards as we celebrate our 25th anniversary and show our gratitude for your ongoing support and trust.
What to Expect:
Delicious Treats: We’ll be serving a delectable spread of hot chocolate, hotdogs, and pastries to warm your hearts and fill your tummies.
Music and Fun: Join us for a day filled with music and fun activities. It’s a great opportunity to get to know other tenants, share stories, and celebrate together.
Toy Drive: Although we have participated in many other toy drives, we will be kicking off our very first Toy Drive so feel free to drop a toy and make a kid happy!
Join us in spreading the joy of the season by participating in Downtown U-Lok Storage’s Toy Drive, a heartwarming collaboration with the Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau (LMCB). At the intersection of our 25th-anniversary celebration and the spirit of giving, we invite you to be a part of something truly special. How to Participate:
On-Site Toy Donations: Starting on November 21st, 2023, we will be accepting new and unwrapped toy donations at our facility. Look for the designated donation area on-site and contribute to spreading the joy of the season.
Monetary Donations: For added convenience, we’ve set up a link for monetary donations. Your monetary contributions will be used to purchase toys and gifts for those in need. Click here to make a monetary donation.
Duration of the Drive: Our Toy Donation Drive will kick off on November 21st, 2023, coinciding with our Client Appreciation Day, and will run for 25 days, concluding on December 15th, 2023.
Turning Over the Donations: On December 15th, we will ensure that all collected toy donations are handed over to the Lower Mainland Christmas Bureau. This organization works tirelessly to distribute gifts to children in need, and your support will make a significant impact on their mission.
